Helene Handicrafts
Helene Handicrafts is an online based shop that offers eco-friendly and handcrafted items like soy candles, home decors, and body essentials. Helene started out from the fondness and great appreciation to scented candles that turned to a passion project then to a small business. As our products are all hand-made, uniqueness is the main trait of each item that we offer. We hope you will love our items as much as we love creating them.
Helene also donates a portion of its sales to planting bamboo trees in Mindanao. As we use all resources from nature itself, we believe that giving back thrice as much as we get, will help us in our mission for a better planet. Terms of Service
All items are carefully packed before handed over to their respective couriers. Returns/Exchanges are accepted and should be done so within 3 days upon receipt of items with investigation from our team; provided that items are in their best condition, and unused.
If some items are damaged upon receipt please send clear photo/s as proof via Viber and WhatsApp with your complete info, courier involved, and concern.
Clients shall be responsible of shipping costs on all items. Custom made candles/scents cannot be returned and can only be refunded by 50% of its cost.
My husband likes the smell. Very environment friendly pa kasi now that we have candles, we do not use any air fresheners or sprays anymore. Even our kids like them.
